      Received paycheck on time every pay period

      Cons

      Despite company size, leadership operates like an old boys' club. Upper management (including CEO) has reputation for volatility. Employees actively warned each other to limit interactions with leadership. Minimal investment in professional development or mentorship. Advancement appears based on personal relationships rather than qualifications or experience. Culture heavily centered on drinking (office bar is literally the center of their office), excluding non-drinkers. Heard inappropriate comments about diversity vendors and initiatives from leadership.

      Horrible senior leadership, no true culture

      Pros

      The only pro they had was a few select middle managers who truly cared about their field crews.

      Cons

      Terrible organizational structure, CEO has no respect for his support services, racial discrimination is rampant, questionable hiring practices and favoritism. Without their ability to be sold and resold this company would be lost! It would be the last company I would recommend aside from maybe someone who’s a Yes man and lacks any independent thought or concern for work culture.

      - Professional development opportunities. - Quarterly calls to address concerns/questions. Not that it did much.

      Cons

      - President/CEO sticks his nose where it doesn't belong, and he doesn't care a single ounce about anyone but himself. - SO MANY CHANGES. None for the better. - No trust in employees. - Money is all that matters to them.
