I worked at MX Logistics and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The work itself was manageable, but the management style—particularly from the customer service manager—was extremely micromanaging. Every small task was closely scrutinized, and there was very little trust or autonomy given to employees. This created a stressful and demoralizing environment that made it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued.
I ultimately decided to leave the company because the constant oversight and lack of professional respect took a toll on my well-being. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values a healthy, supportive work culture.
