Great leadership and great product. Note that I left the company prior to its sale to new Private Equity partners and cannot speak to anything after that transaction.

If you like working at a fast pace then this is for you, every day is different. You are empowered to make change and be innovative. Decision making is quick and recommendations by the staff are quickly put into action by the leadership team, who provide full support. The Mycom product is a market leader and the CTO and President drives a robust product roadmap and delivers to a very high standard. The CEO has the support of a strong leadership team. With a CFO background himself, he brings a wealth of experience to the Board and a deep understanding of the business, market and economy. The strategy and business plan for the next 3 years is strong. The leadership team are ambitious with their plans and are driving change through the business.

Cons

Process and system investment have been neglected in the past but the opportunity is there for change. Further improvements are needed to drive change and to release capacity. Mycom is a small company so you have to be prepared to pick up work which sits outside of your job spec.
