Pros

Not really anything that would be worth mentioning. Many of the employees were nice but did not see the deception within the business model. This job was not described as a commission only, 6 day a week job that is almost 60 hours per week, standing the majority of the time. It was advertised as an entry level marketing job for a management program. In reality, it is simply a direct marketing business that uses young talent to sell services within Walmart and other locations.

Cons

There is no base pay as all money comes from commission sales which are held for 30 days. You will not be paid until this time period lapses. In addition, the company did not advertise themselves correctly during the interview process and expected an employee to give the majority of their week to this enterprise. If you want to stick out the 30 days, enjoy impulsive sales tactics, and the flexibility that comes with this, then the job will be right for you. Also there are other companies associated with this one if you are to search where Mr. Macnamara used to be employed. The reviews for these companies are poorer and have a history of fake glass door reviews. Hopefully glass door will have a better screening process for the reviewer or allow individuals to report business like this one. They feed off of young talent and are indirect when answering questions about the business. It is slightly disturbing to see that Xfinity would allow themselves to be associated with a business that does not even train the employees very well on the product which is being sold.

Pros

-Super cool people, diverse atmosphere -goal oriented -definitely room for growth (if you're willing to throw away the entirety of your week) -cool manager

Cons

-no base pay unless you are secretarial, otherwise pay is 100% commission -you are a salesman with an "opportunity" and nothing more -work week is 60+ hours BEST case scenario (more like 80 hours) -one day off a week and still expected to work from home -haphazard problem solving across the board -you don't get paid the first month so save up if you seriously consider working here -cutthroat teammates who will happily throw you under the bus if you hesitate on a sale for one second -complete and utter brain washing techniques -even if you are promoted up, the only reason you make more money is because of the fact that you're working from sun up to way PAST sundown -everyone working here is too smart to be there, get out and live your lives or else you'll wake up one day and be forty five, not knowing what happened. If money's all you want, and you know you don't want a meaningful and lasting relationship, family, or schooling in your life, the is the best job for you. Because you will NOT have time for anything but work, no joke.

Hi there and thanks for your feedback. We apologize that you had a mixed experience with our company. We are proud of our diverse atmosphere and the possibility for growth in our business. We're glad that you appreciated those things, and got something positive from your experience. We noticed that you worked with the company for less than a year, and we can only assume that it was a very short time indeed, because there are quite a few inaccuracies in your review. For instance, right at the start you mention that there is no base pay, however many of our team do get base pay. Perhaps if you had given us a little longer we might have convinced you of just how much growth is possible here. Please do get in touch if there's any further complaints or issues we can help with. We're always happy to help!

Pros

Interview process was efficient. Having a two day process gives you a chance to get all questions answered. Also had fun during the interview process, from the lobby to the manager and people that work in the office, it's been great. Been here about four weeks, already learned more than I have in any other position. The list of things I can put on my resume after such a short period of time in this company is amazing. Also a lot of great bonuses and fun outings as an office.

Cons

You have to be looking for a career, if you don't like managing other people or travel this may not be the best fit.
