It could be considered an inspiring and energetic work environment during morning meetings. There are lessons learnt that are applicable to sales and marketing that might take longer to learn elsewhere.

Cons

It's commission only, it's door to door, hail rain or shine! You have to get your own travel to the site you are working, could be bus, train or someone's car and you have to pay for this yourself. Or reimburse the driver. If it is your car, too bad if you have car trouble, you're paying for that yourself as well, wear and tear, yup, your problem.
