I worked at MacaMedia full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This place was great fun for summer holidays before I had to go back to uni. Everyone was super nice and although I've never done anything similar before but everyone was so helpful and supportive. We also went out once a week for a crew night and it was great fun, lots of memories! I also managed to save decent money for uni, so all in all great experience I'll definitely join again next summer !

    Cons

It was pretty full on so if I wasn't going back to uni it would require some commitment to the job but if you're looking for progression in a company it's like that everywhere I suppose

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing! It's fun

    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at MacaMedia full-time

    Pros

None, I would say friendly staff until you find out their manipulating you and lying to your face.

    Cons

They lie from the start, advertising the wrong job role, saying its for graduates or trainee managers. You will start from the very bottom. They tell you this when they take you out to observe other managers. You will not be paid a salary or paid by the hour, its purely based on commission. Be prepared to walk around for 10 hours going door to door watching them trying to sign people up to a direct-debit charity. Also I don't know who keeps reviewing this company as 5 stars, I think the company is reviewing themselves as their that desperate.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying.
