Cons
* Some of the senior's managers who come from BCG Digital Adventures, completely useless, inexperienced, and a bunch of bullies. * A CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who lacks knowledge and understanding of technology and software development, Certainly does not qualify for the position. No leadership and management experience from the CTO at all. * A lot of stuff members have been made redundant due to COVID-19 * A lot of micromanagement and no freedom to make your own decision or transparent * A bossy CPO (Chief product officer) who needs to stay on her lane and give some space her their employees to breathe COVID-19 has affected the business very badly, I won't be surprised if they go completely bank corrupt very soon.
