Pros

- Great training and support when first starting the job from the team and your manager. Helps you learn stuff very quickly. - Excellent bonus scheme. Having months where you're earning £5K+ within a year of leaving Uni! - Amazing team culture. Basically working with your mates which really helps when you have the up & down days of the job. - Great office space with pool tables, golf simulator, yoga studio. Gives you lots to enjoy on lunch breaks/after work if staying late. - The incentives for the team and "top performers" are amazing. Every month we have meals/activities out in Leeds if we hit target, and the top billers do half-year trips abroad. - They have invested in new technology, including AI CRM system which makes menial tasks autonomous.

Cons

- The hours can be long, and you'll face lots of rejection when you first start. You're putting in lots of hard work but if you stick at it, the rewards are definitely worth it.

Pros

* Fantastic people and culture, you have a great support network and fun outside of work with your colleagues. * Office is one of the best I have ever been in. * Brand new AI tools and custom built CRM system. * If you are good then you can earn a lot of money. * Trips abroad for top performers. * Training and support whenever you need it. * Get to work with senior executives. * Played 5-a-side football paid for by the company every Thursday.

Cons

* Long hours and high pressure work, but you are told about this during the interview stage - people know what they are getting themselves into. I just realised that this is an industry I couldn't see myself in long term but I am thankful for the support I was given for the year I was here. * Lack of flexibility when you first start.

Commission structure is great - allows you to make 5-figures+ in a single month

Cons

Work is hard and can be difficult to first get going therefore requires a lot of resilience but overall the rewards are worth the grind,
