Pros

Generally very good, bright, enthusiastic people to work with, doing interesting things

Cons

Senior management are completely out of touch and trying to enforce chaotic, and ill-thought out re-organizations, with no timeline which are making talented and experienced staff disillusioned, if this continues for much longer, I fear an exodus. Also, the overly corporate environment is creating the wrong culture amongst the workforce.

Pros

The people are lovely. Everyone wants to help each other rather than compete with each other. It's a collaborative and fun culture. It's a huge pro and the main reason people stay so long.

Cons

Career progression is non-existent. And mixed messages from HR - one minute there are salary bands for each role, next minute there aren't. There is also a huge disparity between male and female salaries. And the way men and women are treated in general. Men tend to get noticed more within the business. Internal comms and IT were also frustrating issues. Almost no confidentiality. Not sure if this came from HR department or elsewhere.
