Company has no structure very disorganized. Workload is heavy managers call you all through the day within or not within work hours. Slack messages late hours of the night. The company expects you to work on weekends and holidays. No training set up. Doesn’t reimburse timely for out of town site visits. Blame game and blame shifting.
