Pros
It has great hours and the people are great... well lets say the coworkers, pay is decent although they claim that they want to pay well to get better employees (but that is only for sales people - any higher up employees do not get paid enough for the work they do). It is a fun place to work, how can it not be with toys and baby gear!
Cons
They stretch everyone too thin. They try to get one person to do multiple jobs losing focus on their main priorities. You cannot give 100% to two jobs. They are scrambling to save money but in the long run it costs them money. The job ends up taking over your whole life, but they say they don't want you to do that so when you stop they yell at you for not getting all your work done. It is a lose lose.
