Pros

Can't even say, it's a sinkhole

Cons

Management lies, cheats, and generally acts like a psychopath on drugs. The ones that don't support this behavior simply can't (or won't) do anything about. The company's brand is full of lies as well.

Pros

They pay on On the positive side, they do pay on time and offer fully remote work, which adds some flexibility for those seeking location-independent opportunities.day

Cons

There was no onboarding process no guidance or training on how to use essential tools like GitHub Desktop, SourceTree, or other version control platforms. Combined with poor communication between leads, managers, and departments, this led to frequent information loss and inefficient workflow. The production management was highly disorganized. Producers often lacked a solid understanding of game development areas, frequently asking basic questions such as "What is this?" or "How long would this take?" something you wouldn't expect from professionals in a production role. This knowledge gap led to unclear priorities, poor time estimates, and unreliable scheduling. The task flow was chaotic: you receive a task with little to no context, deliver it, and then get stuck in a loop of ongoing revisions driven by inconsistent feedback from leads and clients. This results in wasted time and rework. On the compensation side, salaries are outdated and far below the industry average for 2025. A silent layoff was also carried out, with many skilled professionals dismissed without proper communication. The company clearly favors freelancers and lower wage countries to reduce costs and avoid severance obligations. Direction wise, things are equally unclear. The studio primarily works on NFT based games in Unity, but when a larger project in Unity or Unreal Engine comes in, they often lack the necessary internal talent, leading to rushed hires only to let those people go when the project ends or falls through.
