Very bad experience working with magna. Not at all supportive. I worked for 6 months tha later the process i was working in was closed down so arount 40 people lost the job on 31st dec. And no one has yet rece their last month salary. These people say its companies policy so the have held the salary of approx 35-40 peoples salary. So before joining just think 100 times

1. Salary will not credit on expected date. 2. when it comes to deduction of taxes, Magna stands first in punctuality in such cases and also they deduct money for unnecessary reasons and fools employees. 3. They don't provide full and final settlement for the employees. They have their rule of 90 days after resignation where I have completed more than 4 months and still running behind for my Full and Final settlement. No response from HR, TL and even his managers for any emails or phone calls done. I have no hope in my F&F now. Even the reception phone rings but no one answers. This clearly shows Magna's standard and how the management works. 4. PF will be deducted from your salary every month, but which will not be deposited in your PF account. Have no clue where my hard working money goes. 5. Never join Magna in Bangalore location, if your HR is Arghya.Nath and Anil.N. And if you want to join any other branches of Magna, your carrier, and hard work is at great risk.
