Pros
Big banks usually don't do direct contract, so you have to go through meat grinders like Matnit f.k.a. pro unlimited. I was told by my current employer, back than "assignment client" that pro unlimited was the best of the bunch. Unfortunately, that might be true but doesn't speak much anyways.
Cons
Very poor people handling. I found my own contract, so this company was clearly a pass through. They have no regard of the income you bring to them. Give no meaningful benefits (no vacation. zero support on health coverage etc) asking their HR for a W2 when departing is as useless as trying to abolish income tax and will meet the same fate.
