Pros
Absolutely none I’m afraid, no pros apart from working with nice people in the office.
Cons
Job instability and huge employee turnover. Management don’t know what they are doing and it changes from one day to the next when it comes to decision making. No one feels safe in their job. You don’t know what type of person you are going to get one day to the next. The management take no responsibility for their mistakes or actions and constantly blame everyone else. Grand ideas in a small business, not realistic.
