      Find Another Job Somewhere Else!

      Pros

      Nothing! I used to think the benefits and pay but once leaving I learned even those were negatives of MSR.

      Cons

      I really regret working here and all those hours I spent there. If I could turn back time and turn down MSR's offer I would. All these positive review are fake, MSR has been actively working on their image the portray online. It is a big scam! I know for a fact this company is stealing money from residents and is money laundering. If you are applying or thinking about accepting in offer (especially in Austin) don't take it. I know for a fact there are better companies and jobs out there especially in Austin.

      Bad Leadership - I don't recommend

      Pros

      Starts out good but just you wait, their true side will show. Turnover speaks volume. Kiss butt or you are gone.

      Cons

      Lots of changes which can be okay but lacks communication in relaying the changes -Possibly does this just to fire certain people. Micromanaged and tons of rules that only apply to some. Very high up management breaks or doesn't follow the rules set for their employees. HR doesn't listen or truly care. Executive Management creates a hostile and discriminating work environment.

      Very Unorganized

      Pros

      Lots of free food. Great colleagues who really want to do great work and provide exceptional customer service. Great work family

      Cons

      Compensation would be okay if you weren't doing 4 people's jobs. Maintenance call center is the worst! No real structure. Seems like policy and procedure change every week along with job duties. Management pushes off work to employees while they take the credit. Upset tenants are avoided by those who actually are in positions of authority to clarify and resolve issues. If you are looking to work in an environment where you are unappreciated, expected to work 22 hours a day/7 days a week, enjoy passive aggressive emails, and micromanaging then this is the company for you!
