Pros

Great work environment Good community and team-oriented Pay above average for Latam Open communication: constant and clear feedback, how to get better, etc.

Cons

No additional benefits, contractor payment A project can end and you will go to Talent pool mode (you will focused on learning/improving a technology) for undefined time until they got you another project. -- understandable in the way that the industry works Difficulty to get a payment raise, process is long and link to seniority, and not to increased responsibilities or technology
