      -Good location in KL and easy to get to by public transport. -Benefits are quite good -Exposure to large-scale projects, which is useful for building experience.

      -With the current restructuring, the direction of the company is not very clear at times. -There are quite a lot of internal processes and approvals, which can slow things down and be tiring for the team. -Collaboration between teams can be improved, as alignment is not always smooth.
