Ridiculous shift patterns You can work until 11pm at night and start at 7am the next morning which is illegal Sometimes you don’t get a break Poor management who don’t care about you and are lazy (particularly the male managers who work most evenings, you know who you are) Minimum wage, no extras for unsociable hours Higher management cutting hours (clearly to help with his own bonus)
