The cons of this job are the same thing everyone is complaining about; the unprofessionalism of management. Mistakes are absolutely not tolerated. You will turn in a report everyday accounting for every minute of the day of what you did. If it does not add up, then there is cause to be fired, or you'll get emails asking you to explain yourself, or why did this task take so long, etc. Your supervisor will also send out an email of all your mistakes for the day, and then you will get another email from management asking why you made mistakes. The turnover is over the top and ridiculous. There are too many people walking off the job, getting let go, temps being told not to come back, and others leaving the job for a more professional environment. There is always the threat of being fired looming over the employees’ head. Please let it be reiterated that mistakes are not tolerated. These “horrible” mistakes are not huge, but tiny mistakes that any normal human being would make, and can be corrected at any time. Management feels it necessary to reprimand the employee in front of the entire office, such as that of a small child, all the mistakes the employee made. Management does not have an "open door policy” which means asking questions is considered disruptive. After a very brief and inadequate training period, you are expected to perform and not make any mistakes. All this negativity creates a hostile work environment and is "a waste of time," as Mamac Systems always likes to say.
