Pros

Discount on renting an apartment

Cons

The apartment manager had no idea what they were doing and everything fell on me as my responsibility. I was burned out. They kept changing my schedule. The manager would yell and curse at all of the employees and when this was mentioned to the regional manager, nothing happened. The apartment manager was just plain awful! I did not get paid enough for everything that I was given to do.

Pros

None i have nothing good to say.

Cons

Save yourself. The company as a whole will shut down your ideas. The managers don’t do anything to help you. If you have questions they treat you like you’re dumb. The bonuses are a scam $75 per move in then if you get 5-9 then it’s $100 10+ it’s $125 they will make it impossible for you to get more than 4 move-ins in one month. If you decide to leave make sure you leave at the end of the month so you will get your bonuses for that month they “stole” $500 from me because i quit because they hired someone who sits on his phone all day and he won’t do anything I would do all the work for his applicants yet he got paid for it not me they will do nothing to him because he speaks spanish. He is also the most rude person you will meet he wants everyone to be perfect but God forbid you have a bad day. Managers praise the person who is lazy but not the ones who do the work. Which is why I left and the person before me left yet they take it out on the one who does her job. They also did not give fair housing training which is a big no no in the property management field. Residents do not like turnover they will struggle because one person doesn’t do his job and they will continue to hire people.
