What is there to say? everything you can say about this company would turn out negative I guess. The pay structure is poor. You gotta deal with the customers even until 7 in the evening- which is the official closing time. Not only that. They also withdrew security guards siting the 'fact' that they can't provide proper security to the customers, so the officials should greet the customers while opening the gates! This goes on and on throughout the day. Plus they changed the long term loan policies, turning all the 6-12 months pledges into 3 month ones, thus churning out more money from the customers while they renew their loans. And should I say more about the Malayali hierarchy that's been goin thru this company since time immemorial? The management should take a lesson from the other Malayali NBFC stalwart- Muthoot Finance, about how to properly run a company.
