      Absolute Disaster of a HR Department, Horrible HR Practices

      Fun colleagues, sometimes interesting content

      So many, my God. Horrible HR (borderline illegal in so many ways), terrible workplace practices, toxic workplaces, very inconsistent, clueless, ineffective & inefficient leadership, bad employee benefits (if at all, the senior leaders and owners are so clueless about this, HR doesn’t fight for employee rights because they really don’t understand the needs of the staff, let alone the company)

      Great potential company but corrupted since its been managed by educated idiots

      There is no room for someone with talents and skills in the this company. As long as you know how to lick your bosses balls, then you can survive . So much of fake promises given by the Senior Management to the employees. Funny part was the company has some senior management staffs that doesn’t even knows how service operates. If you work there you will loose all of your dignity and professionalism on the industry. The senior management over here only very good in taking care of their own rice bowls. None of them care about the challenges , the difficulties that Ground staffs faces on the day to day basis.
