#1- FAVORS
First thing. Please dont take their favors because if you will do they will always remind you that they have done lot of things for you. Because when you will leave they even says that they give you evening breakfast.
#2- NO PLANNING
daily meetings with no sense. Even if you are a team and you do not have any work still you have to be in that meeting which waste your time.
Every time come with a different plans works on that for few days and then hell with the plan
#3- TIME ISSUES
An IT Company knows well if they are flexible for the time and for everything. Especially when, their employees are good.
But this company doesnt understand . They want every one to come at 9:30 am but the person who is taking care of this responsibility never come on the time and mention wrong time.
If you come early that is OK but if you go early It is something that is not acceptable
#4- COMMUNICATION
They want everyone to communicate well, but even they dont.
#5- NO HIRING SENSE
Ah ! Not for HR. They are good
For the Management. They dont hire good candidates and take their interviews when they dont have opening and keep them on HOLD. After long time they call them and says we can hire you now.
Because now they need the candidate and at that time if that good candidate is not available , they hire any stupid guy who is even a beginner.
#6- NO TECH/KNOWLEDGE UPDATES
They wants to work with the same thing what they knows. They barely learn a single technology when their clients would pay them. Otherwise they will keep their employee free but wont allow to learn new thing.
That doesnt mean employees are bad but MANAGEMENT thinks it is the was of the time.
#7- BREAK TIME
You can not take a single minute extra break time doesnt matter if you are working till late, because the person who has responsibility wont be available after 6. Their duty is only to force you to come on time
#8- NO ACTIVITY
No foundation day , no celebration on festivals and even they do . They ask you to do extra work on the same day. Even HR tries to do that but management denies that.
#9- OLD PEOPLES
Old employees who are there from a long time will always suggest you to leave the company and says they can not because now they dont have any option
#10- NO VALUES
IF They need you , they will give you salary what you want [ not much] but if they dont need you they will insult you and if you still survive in this company and after sometime you become a valuable employee and leave the company they will remind you that you were nothing . WE MADE YOU
#11- INCREMENTS
Seems like a JOKE
Increments in this company is only for those employees who are there from a long time. 1 may be exceptional case.
#12- HOLIDAY ADJUSTMENT
Again a good JOKE
EACH holiday is adjusted against a Saturday. This company thinks that they are the only who is offering 5 days a week job.
#13- BOND
This is something which will kill your mind because you have signed the bond and gave them cheque of 100000 RS so you can not leave the job
#14- HARD WORKER
If you want to become a SLAVE - Join here, because if you will do things what management wants . you will be BEST
#15- ODD POLICIES
Adjustment of holiday. 200 hours policies.
Right you heard this first time.
You have to work 200 hours per month and if you dont . They will deduct a HUGE amount of your salary.
And even after deduction if you do the hours next month. They wont approve it .
They will hide their terms at the time of joining and once you give the cheque they will tell you and you will have to accept.
#16- PAPER WASTE
They call their self digital company but use 200 papers per day. I am wrong it should be more than 500.
They do non sense photocopy , daily sheets . and without reading it your senior sign it.
Once in a month he catch you and insults.

I DID NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. BECAUSE IF I DO. I WOULD HAVE BEEN DIED MENTALLY.
