We have a vast client list including: multiple national and local home builders, developers; several state, county, and local municipal contracts; and many commercial and industrial client which we represent nationwide. We stress during the interview process that we provide interesting projects and challenging assignments for our associates. The seasonal and deadline driven nature of our industry may result in additional time at the office during peak periods. Associates are encouraged to enjoy lunch at their leisure. Many associates eat lunch and play Xbox or watch ESPN in the kitchen, some walk around the corporate park, and some choose to eat lunch while they work. Teams frequently go out to lunch to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, personal milestones, and welcome new team members. We continually monitor and enhance our total compensation package. Our goal is to provide an overall competitive package to retain our associates and recruit new talent as we expand into new markets. Our compensation structure includes salary, performance based bonuses, and many benefits including our 401(k) plan. We are pleased that we were able to reinstate our 401(k) employer match this year. Career development is an ongoing process for all of our associates. We host weekly training programs focusing on technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills.
