      blatantly illegal exploitation - ESL Teacher

      Pros

      Few people are nice to work with. Only good for a stop gap employment. Not a place you'd grow.

      Cons

      Upper management treats employees as cattle sometimes. Salaries need to be brought up the industry standards for faculty positions.

      Employees benefits are a plus ( We need you to consider health insurance, holiday, sick days and personal days)

      Cons

      Negative (hostile) working environment, nepotism reigns supreme (upper management constructively fires employees to hire personal friends and family members) leading to high turn-over rates, teachers are over-worked and irritable leading to stressful outbursts against lower-end staff and each other, back-biting, gossip, unjust firing, very emotionally unhealthy environment
