Towards the end of my employment the company was becoming very bureaucratic and faceless - it was hard to get a clear answer to questions and decisions were taken by remote corporate committees.

Pros

The people are wonderful, so smart and so talented in so many ways. Every conversation is enjoyable, and the office vibe is great.

Cons

They are completely disorganized; they reorganize the company almost every year, with vastly different structures every time. They are slow to credit middle management for their successes, and the internal emphasis is on instructors and part-time, customer-facing staff, not the full-time staff that works behind the scenes to keep everything afloat.

You will meet the most amazing people working here. There's a fantastic work-life balance, and you are encouraged to run with things as far as you can take them. Really geared towards self-starters.

Cons

If you want to work outside of education or test prep, it might be difficult to switch jobs later because of the company's focus.
