Pros
The company as a whole has great values, culture, and benefits.
Cons
Middle/upper management has had a LOT of turnover. And often times management has no idea what happens at the ground level. If you work hard, you get more work. If you do the bare minimum and get along you get promoted. Seems a little backwards. Culture in certain departments is lacking and often hostile. Raises were also hard to come by.
