      Pros

      My work is nearly always interesting and involves lots of learning and stretching of current capabilities. In the short while I've been at Mapbox, I've also had lots of opportunities for trying new things and the support to do so. Every coworker I've had has been excellent, both professionally and personally. I'm proud of Mapbox's policies and commitments to the community.

      Cons

      There have definitely been some growing pains in the last year, but leadership is pretty open about receiving feedback/critiques, implementing changes, and hopefully following through (but that will take some time to see).
