Training and development is really personalised. Fantastic family environment. Direct relationships right up the line. Not just a number. You build your clientele how you see fit Progress up to partner. You can really achieve your true potential if you put your mind to it
Cons
Not as big as some of the more well known names however, a clear path and strong drive to get their so fingers crossed We’ll need more personnel soon I think
