There is nothing much here in this company that can be likable, still, the only thing I like about this company is the flexibility of selecting technology, since it's a tiny startup the technology selecting decisions are flexible, and you get to learn and implement new techs
Cons
Don't be impressed with the only pro I wrote above, this company is a hell of a nightmare, don't ever join any such organization, they treat employees as laborers and make them work as hell, even working after hours at night is regular, forget your personal life here, work-life balance what is that, every employee ends up working till 10 11 pm every day and even till 12 - 1 am, the founders are not even grateful for this, they think this is normal, and everyone works this much. Please, if you love your mental health, if you don't want your work-life balance to get converted to only work balance, don't ever think of joining this company.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing remote work at its finest. From the onboarding process to day-to-day operations, this company has truly excelled in creating a seamless virtual work environment. They offer flexible hours, allowing me to tailor my work schedule to suit my personal needs and preferences
Cons
Only downside I see is, we cannot meet in person.
