90% of the teams are amazing to work with and the social side is also a big plus. There is a real hunger here for new ideas and no shortage if brilliant minds that make new and exciting products and it will be a matter of time before they really nail it with 'the next big thing' ! This is a good place to cut your early management skills and you will be rewarded for your hard work.
Cons
A tiny minority have positions that defy logic but they are conspicuous by their inability so hopefully as more industry players come into the company they will get moved on.
