Pros

Congenial work environment. Quality product

Cons

Despite quality product, the offering fails to shine in a very competitive space. Product management do not listen to sales teams and even regard them with disdain. Products are very centred around the US banking sector which isn't relevant for Europe in general

Pros

March Networks offers good pay, flexible working hours, reasonable amount of time off, people are friendly.

Cons

The benefits have gotten pretty bad over the last few years, the products are declining, they struggle to deliver products to the market in a timely manner, a lot of turnover, many employees feel required to work while on vacation (I see this happen a lot), communication internally is the worst I have seen in any company, there is a lack of trust between executives and employees. The company has a strategic direction in place, but the executives lack the ability to execute. Company struggles to be profitable.
