      it's hot, mgmt is out of touch and business is ran in a very disorganized way.

      Market research indicates that Marco pays a competitive wage to all employees for the work that is asked of them. Although the environment is not temperature controlled, every work center has a large fan for each employee. Employee health and well-being are critically important at Marco Group, Inc.       Best Manufacturing Company in the Area - Care about People

      Pros

      This is the best place I have worked in my entire career. They care about how people are treated. Everyone has to be respectful. They take us to Silver Dollar City every year. We get pay raises AND bonuses each year. Most production workers do not get big bonuses (a couple thou) on top of 5% pay increases.

      High expectations and need to work on training programs.
