Pros
They do look after employees and the pay and holidays are good. No employee incentives or bonuses. Shift patterns aren’t great, night shifts start at 20:45 on a Sunday and 23:00 rest of the week. 2 shifts finished at 23:31. Loads of overtime if you want it, not enough staff to do all of the work
Cons
No communication from management. Can be chaotic, the machinery is old and breakdown a lot, high turn over of maintenance staff.
