      The product assortment is great! Everyone that discovers the brand really loves it. There is a lot of potential for the brand to grow into a household name.

      -Your voice and your role matters -Collaborative and creative environment -The company is starting to really grow so individual growth opportunities are beginning to present themselves.

      -Very fast-paced environment which can be draining at times. -Small team so need to coordinate PTO with other colleagues. -Lack of 401K
