      >mmmmm let me think about it

      >Bad management > those that are old in companies (more than 5 years most of them prefer to do noth and abuse those newcommers ) > rates are low > culture in the company is (the one who talk the most does noth but tell jokes is the best in the team or project :) so don t be amazed if u are treated like shiet even if u do your tasks >Too many subcontractors that try in a way or other make a profit on others back >u need to decide everything and install and design by yourself since the supervisors hide or sleep on different levels so most of times u need to do their jobs as well
