Pros

Other than the odd training methods learnt off managers nothing.

Cons

The office atmosphere is very dull. People are working like robots, managers rarely allow any social interaction A small 'bonus' is paid monthly, but nothing compared to typical sales comission. Its essentially sitting in an office all day making calls, no clear structured progression plan. The company lacks any development opportunities and employees hardly get recognition. Literally 0 employee benefits. compared to competitors. Management have created a dull culture. Bar one manager, they dont seem to care, as long as you make certain amount of calls each day. No sense of motivation or anything to work for unlike other sales roles. Literally a call centre.

Pros

Work life balance. They will let you work home when you need to etc. That is the only good thing.

Cons

Boring and not challenging role. Outdated systems. Management are picky with whom they like and don't like. No structure at all. Low peanut pay. I mean seriously the pay is bad. It is not exactly exciting to work their. No creativity whatsoever.

Pros

-no responsibility, no change, no challenge -9 to 5, never 1 minute later and thats for everyone, management included -works with famous IT vendors, good for CV to move on to sales/marketing in IT

Cons

- management with no interpersonal skills -management hates being challenged and promotes middle managers who are YES men -management who is vain and wants to believe it is very corporate, but in reality its is conducting its operations like a low-level telemarketing call centre -huge concentration of people with serious confidence issues -commissions structure is a sham and rewards middle managers who only handles spreadsheets
