      Inhumane management practices lead to devastating consequences

      Pros

      None. A company that fired a woman before her lease and due date who then lost her home, a company who fired a woman ON maternity leave, and a company who fired a man when he returned from paternity leave. Inhumane and corrupt.

      Pros

      Remote, fast-paced work environment, and ability to drive actual change and growth.

      Cons

      Fake leadership team, who would use and abuse it's staff. There has been 8+ rounds of layoffs, even after reassuring staff that they are done with doing more layoffs. Everything is about over-utilizing underpaid talent, hence why most of the team now lives offshore. And they use these offshore workers to write reviews about how great it is to work at MH. The approval rating use to be 20% when I was still there LOL
