      Best thing is having teammates and managers who celebrate every success, whether big or small. Useful feedback, willingness to help each other, and motivating atmosphere. Great training to set you up for success.

      Cold calling isn’t for everyone, and rejection is part of the deal.

      Pros

      There’s a ton of guidance, collaboration, and feedback-sharing, which makes hitting targets less stressful. Training is solid and ongoing. I’m also satisfied with the pay and commissions – top performers can earn a lot.

      KPIs are strict, and meeting targets can be stressful.

      Dishonest, overbearing and manipulative owners. A virtual turn style of disgruntled employees leave on a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and go reach out to anybody that has worked here previously and safe yourself the drama. Find us on LinkedIn and stay away.
