Good environment hindered by micromanagement and favoritism

Company environment is good. But silent micromanagement kills it.

Cons

1. Pay rate could be better. 2. Layoffs are very often without notice 3. Favourtism is a lot there sometimes they won't upraise your salary even you do work so so hard. They only give hike to favorites. 4. Change of career from ELT level all of sudden. 5. Pay are lot less 6. CPTO needs a eye to see from employee perspective 7. Their own products are not well performing eventually raising concerns for poor customer support and others.

Nothing I can think of apart from several people I really enjoyed working with.

Cons

The company has no clear vision, expectations and workflows are constantly changing, people get laid off for absolutely no reason without any prior notice or even being given an opportunity to say goodbye to fellow team members or pass over your current tasks properly. The upper leadership is bringing in more managers while people doing the actual work are getting laid off. Avoid this place at all costs for the sake of your nervous system.
