Based on the observations, HR's actions have had a negative impact on the company's work culture and reputation. I believe there are instances of misuse of company resources and potential financial irregularities that deserve independent review. These expenses should be audited to ensure they are legitimate or not. There may be possible commission-related activities that are not in the company's best interests. Additionally, They are very unprofessional, including speaking negatively about senior leadership behind their backs. Such conduct has affected the workplace environment and undermined the company's values. Because of these concerns, I respectfully request that the CEO or an independent internal audit team conduct a thorough audit of the HR department, including expense claims, vendor dealings, and related financial transactions. I believe this review would help determine whether company policies are being followed and protect the organization's interests.
