Poor pay against competitors, no commission structure for aftersales, no staff parking, "revolving door" - most experienced staff have now left taking valuable experience with them.
Can't think of any. The cars are nice - Thats about it unfortunately

Pay, hours, management, work culture, treatment of customer, forced to sell finance and insurance products although this is against FCA treating customers fairly. This company is a joke. Look at their accounts on Companies House. They lost £2.1 million last year!! The reason why... the management team are fraudsters and should be put in prison. If this wasn't a private company they would have been locked up by now.
