      They let the stores fail!! No support from upper management. They allow the Marketing Dept to dictate store operations.

      Pros

      I am struggling to find a positive but they do compensate fairly.

      Cons

      This is the most unprepared and antiquated dealer group I've ever worked for. The owner, never once stopped to talk to his new employees after a buy/sell. The "executive team" makes all spending decisions yet don't communicate with management in the store.
