Its a start up so folks sometimes need to piviot quick or wear multiple hats, but its not really a con since you get to learn more about the business.

For starters Company does not want to hire you. Company will only hire through staffing agencies. I’ve seen numerous of staffing agencies come in / out the door Reason why is so company doesn’t catch a lawsuit. So many red flags already Many great employees have left and that’s due to favoritism & mainly environment being extremely toxic. Company would rather keep the lazy ones instead of the hard working candidates Extreme favoritism has always been seen. Family members will continue to be hired & company rather keep employees who are almost certainly at that common age to retire. Besides that, Company over the years has gotten cheap. Unless you are under managements spell, Management will want you. Employees are not guaranteed even so 40 hours at the time being. Company is a joke. How is this place even still in business..? Anywho, I would not recommend partnering or trying to make amends with this company
