My coworkers are nice people, I enjoy the opportunity to be outside on nice days. I easily picked up on my job duties

Cons

They have no concept of a livable wage. The welder I work with has 30 years of experience and the is topped out at 16/hr

Pros

Benefits were good. Hours were good. Free lunch for perfect attendance. Uhh, 20 words of praise? They had a nice locker room.

Cons

Excuses out the wazoo for why things were broken. More of a country club for friends than a business. Enjoyed a 1.8% raises after a solid year of outperforming 4 other workers combined with the same job description. That was when I left.
