Biggest con is the pervert owner Manish Tandon, this company is not at all safe for girls, he have 2 girls and few boys who works as pimp for the owner in this company and have affairs among each other and are highly manner less and illiterate who doesn't even know how to speak in English properly - don't know what kind of family they come from, a stupid Pool table where Manish Tandon wants everyone to clap for him and laugh on his cheap vulgar jokes and stupid old songs quiz, he keeps on boosting about himself, his money and some stupid political connections without any reason. While calling people for interview and taking interview both girls portray as its an MNC and take interview in rounds but if you are beautiful and gets selected than you are unlucky because they have not selected you for work but for the owner's fantasies, owner checks you on cctv cameras and give them approval of selection. No Worklife Balance, No Personal Life, Sexual Harassment to Girls by Owner. More than half of the day, mostly everyday everyone keeps on pampering the owner in office or on a stupid whats app group made by these girls and its compulsory to reply to every message of the owner otherwise he will become mad and will do a skype call to shout on everyone. Owner becomes angry or sad to gain attention of people unnecessarily. The owner Manish Tandon talks rubbish about Muslim community and no muslim is hired. The owner doesn't have any life as he doesn't have family and think same for others too. He actually has a psychological disorder of problem of attention seeker, specially girls attention. The owner and his pimps forcefully stop people for late night parties if office specially girls and owner cry during parties to gain sympathy and attention by telling fake stupid stories till 3-5 AM. Because of these kind of people, the crime against women and harassment at workplaces are increasing. There is No HR in this company and they don't even give Appointment Letter after joining and they sack people anytime without prior information as per mood swings of the owner. And the best part, that everyone in Office backbite and abuse the owner behind him including his pimps and force people to post good reviews online. Here, people are so disgusting, first time ever I saw this kind of company and people.
