Pros

* Great work-life balance * Great colleagues * Interesting problems to solve

Cons

* Management seems confused about what matters in role -new direction every week * Out-of-model role - not product marketing like in other companies * Supposed to do product management which is co-owned by development, which doesn’t really know how to do product management either. * Development-led company, where development is rewarded for new features and products regardless of whether customers adopt them

Pros

Collaborative teams and knowledgeable colleagues. Secure job with almost no firing. AI impact on role is less so far.

Cons

Team culture is deteriorating in Indian offices and micromanagement being promoted. Annual hike is slowly reduced to single digit only. Slow upward growth and repetitive work. Slow growth.

Pros

Working with most skilled and intelligent UX colleagues has been quite the highlight here as the hiring for UX is very selective. Good base salary.

Cons

Slow paced due to loyal client base
