      Pros

      Hourly rate is competitive Lots of overtime in summer.

      Cons

      Expect to work anti-social hours at short notice. High pressure, uneducated management. Very poor pension scheme. And no benefits at all. Lowest number of annual leave days of any company. Bullish attitude to overtime. Never say you can’t do it, otherwise you’re gone. Lots laid off in Autumn every year.
