Pros
They have newer equipment. You won't be driving junk here. Some accounts have good home-time.
Cons
They don't compensate fairly. An example would be that they pay their 5 axle drivers the same as their 3 axle drivers. (80k payload versus 56k payload...definitely takes more skill). Also, no quarterly bonuses, no tonnage bonus, no safety bonus, nothing. Although they do give you a "free" turkey around thanksgiving.
