strict 9 hours of office. fixed salary date(7th). you can get very personal with the hr and she will not mind it a bit.
Cons
beware of the positive reviews as i am one of the victim who got misguided. All positive reviews is part of the marketing strategy and the company has dedicated content writing team posting positive reviews on the internet. this is the only company that deduct one day's for not attending office picnic. there is deduction amount of 100 per day for late coming. freshers will have to sign a bond amount of 1 lakh. employees are bound to contribute for birthday celebration else the amount will be deducted from salary. the g_m is insane who thinks he is the next great dictator. probation period is six months but it will be extended so that they can deduct salary for taking leaves.
