Company after struggling for years could get a very very small amount of funding . No one was ready to fund the company. Very bad experience working with matter. The CDO will call agencies to present their plans and then use their ideas and never pay or appoint agencies.

- Horrible office facilities. - Delay in salary - Employees are not treated with respect by top management. - COO especially needs to learn how to speak and behave. - Increment process is fishy. You don't get what you deserve. - The new office is in some industrial area where, so much dust and pollution is there that you need to take batch once you reach office. - No work from home. Strict office timings. - In case of medical emergency, you get absolutely no help or support from the company. At max the HR will call you for courtesy if it's a minor accident. If it's a surgery or something bigger, someone from the management probably COO will call you. - No transparency in roadmap and planning. - Bunch of kids goofing around in the design team.
